Register for free

Joining the My WU℠ program is fast and free and can save you time and money. You can enroll online at WU.com, or at any participating agent location. If you already use WU.com or our app to send money, you can simply opt-in to the My WU program from your settings.

Redeem points for rewards

Save money when you send by redeeming points for transfer fee¹ discounts², which are applied to your next qualifying money transfer automatically. Rewards redemption is simple and convenient.

How to redeem points
  1. Log in to your Western Union profile.
  2. Choose the Menu icon at the top of the screen and select ‘My WU Rewards’ from the dropdown.
  3. Your My WU℠ number and available points will be displayed automatically.
  4. Choose ‘Redeem Rewards’. Your reward options will display.
  5. Select your reward and choose ‘Redeem Reward’.
  1. Access the portal using your Last Name and either your My WU℠ Number or unique email address.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Rewards’ section of the page.
  3. Select the reward you would like to redeem.
  4.  Click the ‘Redeem now’ button.
  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Go to My WU℠ in the Menu.
  3. Choose ‘Redeem Points’.
  4. Your rewards options will be displayed.
  5. Select your reward and choose ‘Redeem Reward’.
